Privacy Choices and Account Deletion

This page explains how every Clueless Clothing user can manage permissions, request a copy or correction, and delete an account and its associated data. Clueless Clothing is operated by Clueless Creations LLC.

Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open Clueless Clothing and sign in.
2. Open More.
3. Under Privacy & Support, choose Data & Privacy.
4. Choose Delete My Account and confirm.

The deletion starts immediately. A large account may take several minutes to finish. The action cannot be undone.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email eduardo@clueless.clothing from the address associated with your Clueless Clothing account. Use the subject Clueless account deletion request. Do not send your password, payment card details, or an App Store receipt.

We may ask you to verify control of the account before processing the request. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 to 48 hours on business days.

What Account Deletion Removes

The account-deletion process removes user-linked data from active Clueless systems, including:

• Your Firebase Authentication account and profile
• Wardrobe items, uploaded photos, generated garment images, tags, and notes
• Outfits, plans, wear history, preferences, feedback, and personalization records
• Saved Katire conversations, messages, attached content, and conversation history
• Background processing tasks, account activity history, and any personal API keys

We also request deletion of the RevenueCat subscriber record. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other processors may keep limited transaction, fraud, security, legal, log, or backup records under their own retention obligations. Aggregated or deidentified analytics may also remain. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Cancel a Subscription

Cancel with the store that currently bills you:

• Manage Apple subscriptions
• Manage Google Play subscriptions

You can cancel before or after deleting the Clueless account. Deleting the account does not issue a refund. Apple or Google handles refund requests under its own policy.

Delete or Change Specific Data

You can delete individual wardrobe items, outfits, and saved conversations using the controls in the app. You can also update profile and preference information there. To ask for access, correction, a copy, restriction, objection, or deletion of specific data, email eduardo@clueless.clothing.

Manage Device Permissions

Use iOS or Android settings to revoke camera, photo library, notification, or location permission. Revoking a permission stops future device access. It does not automatically delete a photo or precise location already saved to your Clueless account, so use the app controls or contact us if you also want saved data removed.

Manage Website Analytics

Google Analytics and the Meta pixel are optional and stay blocked until you allow analytics. Choosing only necessary storage removes Clueless Google Analytics cookies, the Meta _fbp and _fbc cookies, and optional campaign attribution storage, and it also stops us reporting a web subscription to Meta as an advertisement result. None of this affects access to the website or app. Cloudflare may still process minimal page-load performance metrics without using those cookies or tracking you across websites.

Google Analytics remains blocked until you make a choice.

Manage Email

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or visit Email Preferences. We may still send messages needed for account security, purchases, deletion requests, or other service operations.
